Interview
Started Out with a phone round about my experience (or lack thereof). Called me onsite despite demonstrated inexperience. Onsite technical interview was fairly easy, thought I did a good job. Was not offered the job, ultimately.
Technical Interview followed by 2 interviews from managers from different teams.

Interview
Submitted resume to CTO via another employee. 1:1 interview with CTO. Didn't hear back for about a week, after which referring employee prompted further action. Invited in to serial interviews with others. Received offer within a couple of days.
