Interviewer is of same level or may be junior than my experience. Interview is taken as if big favor is being done, interviewer was moody and expecting specific answers related to coding syntax's & bookish answers learnt in college and not about understanding of knowledge acquired on job , was not open for any conversation/discussion. Not even 20% of JD is validated during interview. It was narrow minded, insulting & unprofessional experience. May be thats the culture being cultivated.
