I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nasuni (Boston, MA)
Interview
The interview experience was long, drawn out, and had too many stages for a lower level position. I was referred to Nasuni by an internal employee. The initial call was quick. I then went through 12 interviews total. 4 interviews over zoom then 8 more in person. Each person during the interview had a different view of the position and there was no consistency to what the team was looking for. I was declined after an on-site panel interview and meeting 10 different people.
