      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MuleSoft (Sydney) in Jun 2016

      Interview

Multiple in-person and over the phone interviews with even more follow-up calls to the interviews. They also make each candidate do several mock cold calls/emails with different team members which are critiqued then you are asked again to do the exercises over so they can test your coach-ability. Compared to other interview processes, this one is not easy by all means but the things they require of you are pretty stupid and should be dropped. From my experience it seem like management was too focused on set processes and didn't care about what an individual achieved nor seemed to encourage true sales entrepreneurship which is what they claim to promote. Overall I think management does care about who they hire, however, there comes a point in the interview process when enough is enough and they don't seem to grasp that concept.

I'm sorry you were disappointed with our ADR recruiting process. We have a very high bar for hiring that we've found requires an interview process that has a unique style and is on the longer side but yields the best candidates for the role. Sometimes we don't articulate very well how in depth that process is. We are taking your feedback to heart and are working on ways to be more upfront with candidates about our unique interviewing style so that they feel prepared and set up for success. Thank you for taking the time to get to know us, and best of luck in your next endeavours.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at MuleSoft (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2021

      Interview

It was so great! The Recruiter I spoke to was so easy to talk to, interested, and passionate. I learned a lot about the role and company culture, and could really gauge the whole picture of what a day in the life would be like.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at MuleSoft

      Interview

It was very intense. A lot of research is needed in order to do well in each phase. Need to understand the following: how the software works, the culture of the company, the difference the software makes.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MuleSoft

      Interview

Long interview that took 2 months. Interviews cover personality, logical reasoning, and track record of success. There is also a cold call test and an email draft test. Overall a fun experience, but definitely felt that the process could have been quicker.
