This was honestly one of the worst interview processes I’ve ever gone through. I applied on July 26, but my CV was never even opened until I reached out to someone from the company’s management through LinkedIn. The first contact happened on August 13 with an employee from the company, and I can say she’s one of the most unprofessional representatives I’ve ever dealt with. She scheduled an initial call without asking if the time suited me, didn’t properly talk about the company, and overall seemed disorganized from the start. After the initial screening, she booked a coding interview on August 17. I attended on time, but no one from their side showed up for over 20 minutes. She didn’t reply to any of my emails. About 45 minutes later, she called and said the interview would be rescheduled from 1 PM to 3 PM. I told her that the invite clearly showed 12 PM, and even the three related emails mentioned 12 PM, but she just ignored that and said it would now be a system design interview instead, so I told her it's very short notice and to push it for another day. Then, on August 19, it happened again, no one showed up for the scheduled interview. After two follow-up emails, I called her, and she laughed and said, “It’s normal to have technical issues.” The system design interview finally happened on August 21. After the weekend, she contacted me saying we’d move on to a problem-solving interview, and casually mentioned that although I applied for Software Engineer Level 3, they were now processing me for Level 2. When I asked why this wasn’t communicated earlier, she replied, “If you want to continue with Level 3, you’ll need a system design interview.” I reminded her that I had already done one, but she insisted that it was actually a problem-solving round — even though she herself had called it a system design interview earlier. At that point, I asked her to check the feedback before making assumptions, but it was clear she hadn’t even looked at it. I eventually completed the second and third interviews, then was ghosted for nearly two months. When I finally followed up with her on WhatsApp, she didn’t reply, instead, she just sent me a rejection email right after seeing my message. After seeing all her random and inconsistent actions, I completely understood why she avoids communicating through official channels. She never replied to emails, and whenever she sent an interview invite, it contained no details whatsoever, just the title “Interview with Mozn”, with no topic or agenda. When I asked her why she never responded to emails, she said, “I only check them at the end of the day.” Honestly, I don’t believe that ever happened, because throughout the entire process, she never replied to a single email.
