This was one of the most unprofessional interview processes I’ve ever been through. It began with an online coding assignment, followed by two interview rounds. After those, communication stopped entirely with no explanation. Weeks later, the process unexpectedly resumed with additional two interviews, including a final round — only for the company to go silent again without any closure. The lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort is disappointing. Ghosting after several stages shows poor professionalism and reflects badly on the company’s culture. If this is how they treat applicants, I’d be very cautious about what it’s like to work there.
