I was rejected after first HR interview, an hour long.
I was asked questions about myself all the way back to high school.
About my hobbies, major class, degree etc
They mailed me after I applied, We scheduled a 30 min zoom meeting for an HR interview which I passed - they mainly asked to explain about my life from high school until now, and at the end they asked about my pros/cons.
After that I had a home assignment, to build a full stack crypto advisor. I passed it too, but eventually they took someone internal to the job.

Interview
It began with an introductory HR interview covering my background from high school to my current career stage. Following that, I received a home assignment to build a basic API. After submitting it, I had a technical interview to discuss my implementation and design choices. The final stage was a more formal interview with the CEO and a Team Lead to discuss cultural fit and expectations.
