Pretty standard process: 1) Phone Screen 2) One hour interview round robin 3) Assessment 4) Two hour interview round robin, presentation, and mock cold call The were very transparent with everything. After the 4th step, the head recruiter called me and made an offer, then sent a docusign to accept.
