Molex Senior Program Manager interview questions

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to a lack of preparation and structure during the interview. - The interviewer did not introduce himself at the beginning. - He had not reviewed my resume prior to the conversation and asked me to introduce myself instead. - He questioned why my technical skills were listed as computer languages rather than program management, despite my PMP and Scrum Master certifications being clearly indicated. - His questions felt overly focused on details irrelevant to the actual job requirements, making the interview feel more like nitpicking than a meaningful discussion.
