I applied online. I interviewed at Microsoft (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2013
Interview
Straightforward interview with behavioural questions covering skills like team working, attention to detail, quantitative skills, etc. The interview also covered future plans, past experience and my technical skills in Excel, as this position required a lot of analysis and intermediate knowledge of Excel.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Redmond, WA) in Sept 2024
Interview
I enjoyed the interview process. Had to go through 2 rounds of interviews. first round and second round was a superday. Just had to share about myself and why i wanna work for MSFT. Mostly behavioral and business analysis-technical type of questions. it was fun. I enjoyed it.
Need to be well prepared, quite a lot of technical questions, not a lot of behavioral questions. the people were very nice. Very welcoming & seemed like a friendly team.
