Need to be well prepared, quite a lot of technical questions, not a lot of behavioral questions. the people were very nice. Very welcoming & seemed like a friendly team.

Question 1
How would you approach analyzing the financial performance of a company using its financial statements
Starts with resume screening and a recruiter phone call, followed by technical or functional interviews with problem-solving, coding, or case studies, plus behavioral questions based on LEAD principles. Attend an onsite or virtual loop, meet teams, and, if successful, receive an offer after reference checks.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Redmond, WA) in Sept 2024

I enjoyed the interview process. Had to go through 2 rounds of interviews. first round and second round was a superday. Just had to share about myself and why i wanna work for MSFT. Mostly behavioral and business analysis-technical type of questions. it was fun. I enjoyed it.
