An initial chat with an internal recruiter, then a formal interview with 3 people.
The interview consisted mainly of them throwing technical questions and scenarios at you, leaving only about 5 minutes to talk and ask questions about the role.
After the interview I received a verbal offer from their recruiter and accepted.
However, when reviewing the contract there were missing details that originally been included with the recruiter. I had been missold terms and the business had no intention of correcting their error.
They even revoked the offer stating my notice period was too long for their client (even though they were fully informed of my employment situation from the start).
Avoid at all costs.
