Pros
Some good people working under a pretty ineffectual leadership who seem more intent on talking a good game than delivering one.
Cons
Espoused values do not translate into delivery. Cliques based on sucking up to management rather than who is competent. Couldn’t make a profit if they worked at Amazon.
