In regards to “flex time”, this is a benefit the Cincinnati office is eligible for; however, it’s true that every department operates a bit differently depending on the needs and current demands of the department. For example, not everyone in the same group can flex on a Friday afternoon and still meet the needs of the company. We regularly review our hiring practices and are always looking to improve these processes. We also encourage you to reach out to your line manager to address scheduling and similar issues.
