Medpace Manager interview questions

Two interviews. One with peers in a group or panel format and a second with Management. Generally fair process with experience based questions. Team meets after to determine if an offer is placed or if the candidate needs to be vetted hire. Sr. Management approves every hire.

Phone interview first, 45 min reasonable questions about CV and experience. Then invitation to a f2f interview with HR, line manager and country boss. Again very open and friendly atmosphere, we talked about previous appointments, experience, responsibilities - standard interview situation. Had to pass a CRA assessment, during which I was presented with a mock CRF and mock source documents and had to do a monitoring on that - pretty nonsense as I did not apply for a CRA role.
