Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.

Question 1
How my project based coursework would help me handle priorities and daily workload
I applied online. I interviewed at Medpace (London, England)
Interview
A 30 minute virtual interview. Was pretty standard. They asked what my background was, why I wanted to work for them, and my career goals. It was more of a one-one chat to see if I was a good fit. I thought it went quite well but I didn't hear back from them.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medpace in Jul 2025
Interview
I went through all rounds of interviews for the PACE program entry CRA. I felt really confident through each step, had a great rapport with each interviewer. However I didn’t get the position which was a letdown, considering medpace CRAs are all over the place (from what I’ve worked with).
