Interview
First, I had an HR screen with a recruiter who informed me how the process would work.
After that, I had an interview with the Lead Engineer, who would be my supervisor. Almost no technical questions were asked. It was mostly a casual chat.
I had two separate interviews with two team members each. Again, mostly behavioral and no technical questions were asked.
I had two final interviews with people in upper management, which were entirely behavioral.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MX (Salt Lake City, UT) in Nov 2021
Interview
They asked a combination of culture fit questions and technical questions. The interview process was divided in three rounds. I did the three interviews in two weeks. Everyone was really nice and asked really good questions.

Interview
It was a long process, but everyone that interviewed me was very kind and knowledgable. I didn't feel like questions were being duplicated or just asked for the fun of it.
