Initial HireVue virtual interview was efficient and effective. It provided me with some instantaneous feedback and offered ideas for improvement. Live meeting with TA was generic but relevant. First interview with hiring manager was consistent and focused.

They asked about my past experience and how it relates to the duties outlined in the job description. They seemed to be focused on establishing some benchmarking by asking very specific questions based on accountability (they mentioned these questions are used in all their interviews for this role.
