First you'll be presented an opportunity to apply and submit your resume. Lumen then automatically sends out an invitation to participate in an a virtual interview process that is completely driven by AI. You would be presented with time and opportunity to practice behavior based questions, then when you're ready proceed you'll initiate your video interview on demand. There will be guided prompts to help you navigate the process, and pre-recorded questions are asked to which you'll have time to think and respond. You do have 2 times to redo your response, but be aware your prior response will be deleted if you choose to do so. Once you've completed that video interview, you will be asked to participate in games where they will use AI again to assess how you perform.
