Applied online and shortly after, received an email requesting me to participate in a one-way Hirevue interview and game assessment. Completed the assessment within 5 days. I was given 6 questions and 2 games (Digitspan and Shapedance). Two weeks later, I received an email from the company stating that since the time I applied, the business requirements have changed and the requisition had been canceled. It would have been nice to know this prior to wasting my time preparing for and completing the interview and assessment.

Provide an example of a time you successfully developed a solid working relationship with a colleague. 4. Describe a time you were asked to perform skills that were outside of your comfort zone. 5. Tell me about a time you struggled with a new or difficult challenge. 6. Describe a time you had a month or longer to prepare for an important presentation, project, or task.

Interview
I did the pre-recorded Hirevue interview. A few hours after submitting it, I received an email saying they were not moving forward with my application. I think the Hirevue process is very impersonal and after researching it, I found out that it used AI to evaluate the interviewee's responses. I think this is not a fair way to assess a candidate.
