Very thorough phone interview lasting around 45 minutes. Contained a series of questions concerning past situations and how they were handled primarily. The individual interviewing was personable, thorough and knowledgeable.

They make you play a game that if you fail you do not get hired. If you do not do well on the game there is nothing that can be done, regardless of your experience or qualifications or having the best interview.
