I first spoke with the recruiter/founder, then completed the OA, and finally had a call with another engineer. Every review mentioning how unpleasant their interview process is turned out to be spot on—it was genuinely a poor experience. The third round with the engineer was by far the worst. Honestly, I’m not sure how someone with that attitude is allowed to represent the company in interviews.

I applied online and then got an email asking to schedule a short intro call around midnight in my local time. Sent an email asking a couple of things they never got back. Had the call after all, also asked about the email and got back an excuse of being really busy as to why they didn't get back to me... The interviewer was supposedly excited and wanted to move on to the next steps. 2 weeks went by without any contact when I sent an email asking about the interview progress... No reply at all! After about a week, I get an identical email asking me for an intro call just like the one I first had, also mentioning a previous not working link which was never the case with me. I replied telling them that they probably had made a mistake with the candidates and again they never replied back. They are either bots :-) , or completely unprofessional!
