The interview consisted of 3 different rounds. Normally, a phone call with the recruiter, then with a technical lead, and lastly with the hiring managers. I have interview with ADP on two occasion and hired. I was an implementation specialist = phone interview, online test, VP, hiring manager. Now, as a consultant = recruiter, tech lead, peers and hiring managers. I was given a the job after a week of the last interview (pending background check). The recruiter was great and answered all my questions.
