Had a general screening, and did a task which was incredibly lengthy and took me almost 2 hours to complete.
I finally got to a first-round interview (in May), and they told me I'd hear back in a few weeks. I've been ghosted. I wouldn't usually be bothered, but I took almost 2 hours out of my day to do their task, so to not hear back is incredibly rude. They also reposted the job ad. It would be more polite to reject your candidates first and then repost...
Just a lengthy process, subpar first interview (signal was bad and the sound quality was shocking), 2-hour-long task - wouldn't recommend applying here for an editorial role.

Standard reporter interview Q's
- reporting experience
- relationship building experience

Slow in response between interviews and disorderly interviews where the interviewer didn’t seem prepared in asking questions and was reading off a screen which is fine once or twice but it was obvious it was prepared last minute - not a good impression and low salary

Interview
1. Phone screening, followed by hiring manager interview, with take home assignment and presentation
2. They ghosted me. Gave no feedback and reposted the role. Which was unfortunate. The hiring manager also let it be known if they didn't like my assignment they wouldnt let me present it.
