To be truthful I didn't even get to the interview process, I was disgusted after being approached to interview fora position and looking up the company. I'm not sure if this company is living under a rock and therefore notaware of what is going on with diversity. Their executive team of 13 is 100 % male and in an attempt to check the box and call themselves diverse they sprinkled 1 Latino and 1 black.
