LaunchDarkly Sr. Partner Solutions Engineer interview questions

Recruiter screening interview (30 Min.). There were barely any questions...did you know about us before you applied?, what are you currently doing? Proceeded to tell me about the interview process. 4 interview sessions: hiring manager, an SE, VP, Culture/Values. And a technical assignment. Overall, about a 4-5 week process. Compensation was discussed and confirmed I was OK with the range. Then, I was told she would talk to the hiring manager the following day and have me scheduled for that interview by the end of the week. That's it. Only @15 min. call. 2 days later, I get a standard email that they had moved on to other candidates. In hind site, some red flags they were never serious about moving me forward... - I was never asked if I had any questions. - There were no real questions for me. I believe they had the candidate all along and I was just a checkbox that they had talked to someone else. Disappointing.
