Started with a recruiter call, then a hiring manager interview, and then a frontend coding interview and a backend coding interview. Process moves rather quickly which is better than normal.

Interview
Overall process was pretty standard. Recruiter screen, hiring manager, panel, then final presentation. Everything was great up until presentation. I was provided what appeared to be an AI generated prompt that had 2 parts. A hypothetical scenario, and then an in-depth look at your framework and approach for the role with one hour to present. The prompt was not aligned for what the team is actually looking for however. I received positive feedback regarding how I addressed the prompts. But what they really wanted was hyper specific live examples to nuanced problems they are facing internally. They should ask those questions and integrate that as part of the presentation prompt in my opinion.

Interview
Recruiter screen, HM interview, team interviews, final panel presentation. The panel had different people than the team interviews, and it was clear that some of them wanted to use the time for their questions rather than engaging with the presentation.
