LINKBYNET Service Delivery Manager interview questions

Position was supposed to be based in Shanghai. Was originally contacted by HR from Vietnam and gone through first interview with a Vietnamese guy and the same HR via Team. The highest salary that the company could offer is RMB (Chinese Yuan) 27000 for the right candidate, which is well below par in Shanghai. I was being contacted again for the second round of interview on the following week. However, company was completely silent without informing the upcoming schedule. The company might be experiencing internal chaos.
