The interview itself consisted of one in‑person interview with the hiring manager, followed by two panel interviews conducted virtually. The interviewers were professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about both the product and the domain. This is not an “easy” interview—but that is a good thing. The team understands the complexity of their product and is clearly looking for candidates with strong supply chain knowledge and the ability to operate effectively in a highly complex, mature product environment. For a program manager role, the expectations around skill set and depth made sense. Overall, this was a 10/10 interview experience—well‑run, respectful, and engaging from start to finish.
