Interview
I applied online and was quickly contacted through Kinaxis’ automated recruitment system. The process to schedule interviews was efficient—the system proposed time options based on the interviewer’s availability, which made coordination easy.
What stood out to me was how personable the experience still felt despite the automation. I had several questions along the way and interacted multiple times with the HR representative (shout‑out to Diana), who was informative, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.
The interview itself consisted of one in‑person interview with the hiring manager, followed by two panel interviews conducted virtually. The interviewers were professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about both the product and the domain.
This is not an “easy” interview—but that is a good thing. The team understands the complexity of their product and is clearly looking for candidates with strong supply chain knowledge and the ability to operate effectively in a highly complex, mature product environment. For a program manager role, the expectations around skill set and depth made sense.
Overall, this was a 10/10 interview experience—well‑run, respectful, and engaging from start to finish.
