Not great at all. I had a scheduled call with a representative from Kaltura. On the day, I had a personal medical emergency and was no longer able to make the call. I let the recruiter know in good time but received no email back acknowledging the situation. I followed up via email multiple times to ask whether the interview could be rescheduled but was ghosted. I saw that the role was still open to applications online so I applied again and then received an auto response. Very strange and now has totally put me off.
