After two clearing technical rounds, they will take your Managerial round and keep your candidature on hold if you ask for 40% hike. COMMON MAN WHY DONT YOU SAY AT FIRST ONLY that you won't be able give that much hike. IF a person is relocating to Bangalore from Kolkata, I guess 40% hike is also less. Don't waste time here !!!!!!!!!
