Interview
Initial short phone call with HR for quick culture fit. Invited for in-person interview. Then another short call with a member of the IT team. Met with HR person for a presentation about the company, then a sales manager, the 2 members of the IT team that would be the managers over the position. Everyone was very nice, energetic, and very personable. The in-person interview was just over 2 hours long. Unfortunately, it has been over a month since the in-person interview and I have been completely ghosted by Insight-specifically the “Digital Innovation” team (formerly Cardinal Solutions). Following the in-person interview there has been zero communication from anyone at Insight; even after multiple follow-up emails.

multi stage interview, HR, Department Head, VP. Multiple phone calls, one on one. questions answers the usual fair when it comes to an interview. I hope that this is enough so that the word minimum error will not stop me from submitting.
