Very simple, first round video interview and then invited for in person interview. I spent a few hours on site, meeting the team and presenting on previous work with good discussions with the hiring team. All very well organised. Unfortunately they were very slow to give a decision post-interview and by few months later when they asked if i was still available, I had already taken another job.
