I applied online. I interviewed at Highspot in Jan 2024
Interview
Got through two very general screening calls...
Then when I met with the Director of CS, everything went downhill, and fast. Everything I said about my work history was challenged, despite myself having more experience and arguably a better CV than the person interviewing me. I asked them about their recent high turnover, constantly reposting jobs on LinkedIn, and their poor Glassdoor reviews. The Director became extremely unprofessional, started bashing folks who left the company, and was clearly a highly stressed and perhaps even toxic individual.
Unbelievably unprofessional, and clearly toxic work environment. They offered another interview but I declined.
Stay away.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"What do layoffs and our Glassdoor reviews have to do with this position?"
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Highspot in Nov 2025
Interview
HR screen, hiring manager, another front line manager, CSM counterpart, Dir of CS, Case Study (Panel). Annoying to spend lots of time on the case study only to have HR come back and say "legal doesn't allow us to provide feedback." Feel like I dodged a bullet - people I interviewed with seemed to be pretty unhappy

Question 1
Tell me about a difficult customer and how you handled it.
Well process and good feedback, recruiter would be in touch after each interview.
Series of 4 interviews and a case study
Case study was based on a an account of your choosing and how you would create strategies around it with a small subset of data
Made it through the entire interview process which took over a month. After 7 calls total (2 with the recruiter, 4 with different people on the management team and a case study with a panel) I was not offered the job. I asked the recruiter for feedback when she called to let me know I did not get the job, I was told it is against their policy to disclose feedback.
