Disorganized process in Revenue Operations, top notch recruiting/talent acquisition team
4 different calls (recruiter, HM, 2 panelists) and a take-home assignment that none of my interviewers bothered to provide feedback on. If you’re going to ask a candidate to do an assignment, at least act like you reviewed it. After all of that, the team needed to rescope the position and pause the job search. Felt like a waste of time quite honestly.
That said, recruiting team was great to communicate with. My recruiter was knowledgeable, responsive, and organized. Team members were kind and transparent in interviews too.
However, I was left with a pretty sub-par impression of the RevOps leadership after this poor candidate experience. I felt bad for the recruiter who had to apologize on behalf of the hiring team she was working with. I hope future candidates have better experiences that this.
