Heetch Engineering Manager interview questions

I applied for an EM role and after exchanging a few emails with the hiring manager, I heard nothing back. I then reached out to one of their recruiters on LinkedIn and managed to get an answer back saying that they had filled up the particular position, but they had other open EM positions. So I said I would like to get considered for those positions, which I did. So I started with the process, which was an interview with the recruiter, then an interview with an EM and another interview with 2 EMs. This whole process took around a month. Everyone I met during the remote interviews were very open and friendly. After I completed all the interviews, I heard nothing back. Not even an email saying that I did not do well in the interview. I find this to be a very experience, considering it's a remote company where transparency and clear communication is very important.
