Heetch interview questions

The first interview was with the internet recruiter, second interview was with the HR manager in the said country. the 3rd was with 2 directors. Discussing with the HR Manager that is also involved with operations, we understood that the problems heetch is experiencing is operational and require a hand on approach. the Directors did not see it that way, sitting thousands of miles away from the core problems. It is a pity that i didn't get the position as i felt that i could of brought great value to the business with my 15+ years of operations in logistics.
