5 interviews. First is with recruiter, second with operations, 3rd with Senior recruiter, 4th with Sales manager, 5th with senior leader. Lots of time spent talking to various folks throughout organization which is good but way to much time taken to consider an experienced potential candidate. My recommendation is to not string a candidate through all the interviews if you already focused on a candidate that is more suited for the position based on there experience. I was looking forward to working for this company but there processes might drawn out and inefficient after going through there recruiting process. I’m not sure I would have accepted the position after all considering these factors.
