      Hybrid office with lots of snacks and catered lunch. Work life balance

      Cons

      AI-obsessed senior management despite poor quality and performance of AI products, and totally dismissive of employee opinions or perspectives on the topic. Other companies in the industry are doing AI better without making it the focus of every single all hands, 1:1, performance review, etc. Lowest pay in the industry, especially for non-exempt employees that are treated much worse than salaried exempt

      AI cult. Performance reviews are graded on how much you use AI, not the quality your work. Teams are drowning in slop and the workers who produce the most slop are highly praised.
