I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gusto (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interview process seemed extremely intentional, and I felt like they were trying to get to know me as a human, how I work, and how I think. The modeling exercise was purposeful and sparked great conversation during the onsite.

Question 1
When have you received some feedback from someone that you didn't feel was true or accurate?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gusto (New York, NY) in Oct 2021
Interview
- Contacted by recruiter
- Phone Screen
- Case competition
- 4 round final interview loop
Interview was a waste of my time as the position was too junior for my level. Seems like this company is just churning through staff and has high turn over as it exhausts its employees.
Interviewer really put on some fake airs. Descried next steps in the process, even though I did not ask, and then the next day received a rejection email. What was the point of adding that if he was just going to reject me? .
Glad I didn't waste my time further with a thank you note. I also wouldn't have done that stupid case comp and offer free consulting work / ideas.
