I applied for the position thru a staffing agency. Before my interview, I took a home test that took about 20 minutes. I interviewed with three different people. Guto got back to me the next day.

Very quick process, one recruiter interview and the onsite that has 3 interviews the same day. Recruiter interview went well and taught me a lot about the culture at Gusto
Very easy and straightforward 2 step interview first round with manager second round with manager and a colleague already on the team . Both on zoom after that you wait to see if you got an offer
