I applied via an online application. Weeks later I received an email from the recruiter with the title "Next steps" that mentioned "we had a great time chatting with you" and were attempting to setup next steps. I've never communicated directly with anyone from the company, let alone a recruiter, prior to this. Additionally the email had a suspicious link which appears to belong to Modern Loop, an AI recruiting tool I'm assuming they're using (which explains the first email). I did get a phone screen with the recruiter. Standard questions about backgeond. I received no follow up, feedback, or rejection email after the call. Overall, a poor experience.
