The interview process was always straightforward, and very thorough! They are absolutely looking for a good culture fit and someone who will fit in with their respective team. I had a phone screening, and then was set up for a four-part in person interview. All the while, I was communicating with the Invite/Recruiting team. My in person interview consisted of one culture-focused interview, an interview with my future manager, and interviews with team members focused on processes.
