Needs improvement. They hire a newbie as talent acquisition and was not trained properly to do the job. She use a lot of AI tools to do the interview, uses AI tools for note taking, on what she should be asking the applicant. The worst was she needs to ask the same question again and rudely have to cut the interview process because she will be late on the next candidate.
