Received offer but rejected because of loss of trust in leadership through the interview process.
Invested 4+ weeks to receive an offer which was for a temporary contract position.
It was obvious that leadership had consciously made the decision to hide this until the very end of the process. Not sure what the intention was here, but it would have been easier for everyone involved to be transparent from the initial recruitment call.
I hope no candidate has to go through this again.

The interview process for an account executive role is rigorous, focusing on your consultative sales approach, ability to navigate complex deal cycles, overcome objections, and demonstrate genuine, results-driven relationship building.
Interview was fairly straightforward, consisted of a phone screen, technical, and then behavioral. The people were friendly and the interviewing personnel were knowledgeable. Overall a fairly middle of the road experience. Nothing that caused me to back away. Just liked where I am currently better.
