Total of three rounds. First English summary writing and group discussion. Second online questionnaire to test my IQ and personality. Versant online test to test English proficiency.
Last, appeared for one-to-one interview by team manager on the day fixed by HR executive.

Started off with a phone screening with hiring manager. Then there were 3 separate interviews with individuals on the team I'll be working under. Each interview focused on behavioral questions. The entire process took about a month.
