Short interview process. When I first arrived I had to fill out a one page questionnaire of all of the basic interview questions, the manager read it over in front of me once I was finished, and offered me a job on the spot.

This job entails long hours on concrete floors, is this something that you will be able to do?
Brief phone interview with the corporate HR department, then in-person interview onsite at the actual store. Asked about my previous experience in warehouse environment and what drew me to Goodwill as an opportunity.
Was given an application to set up an interview but I did not follow up. They would most likely interview more deserving people to fill the position. I was in college and looking for a part time job and they would probably have helped me out
