Manager called after I filled out application on internet.and asked me if I was interested and I said yes, so she had me come in the next morning for the interview. I was in the store for about 2 hrs. and then she sent me to the main office to see the director and then he hired me and then I was sent for a drug test, background check.

Interview
I had a brief phone interview and was invited in to be Interviewed by the assistant store manager a supervisor. The assistant manager invited me to come back and meet the store manager and be interviewed by him. At the end of the conversation I was told I would hear back when they were done interviewing. Received call an hour later with a job offer!

Interview
In house employees are by policy guaranteed an interview no matter what. Capitol Hill does not adhere to such. Interviews can be just a talk or if with DM's more structured. In the end the input of management which may not like you unless your part of their favorites click decides who gets position

I think I waited longer for the interview than the interview itself. Fortunately me and the manager kicked it off because we went to the same school. Basic interview questions.
