I had an initial phone interview with HR leadership and was quickly scheduled for a follow-up Zoom panel interview with additional Sr. Leadership. At the conclusion of the interview, I was told to expect a follow-up interview request for interview #3. After 3 weeks, I received a generic email that thanked me for submitting a resume as if I had never interviewed at all. I emailed to ask if this meant I was no longer being considered and I have been ghosted.
I am completely astounded that this is what passes for professional behavior at a senior level.
If this is any indication of the manner in which business in conducted, I would take a hard PASS.
