Interview
The interview process was long. You are interviewed by three separate times by three different people. The initial screening will take approximately 30 minutes. You will be asked to identify your specific skills, and how they correlate to the position you are applying for. The second interview will be with a Store Manager who has been with the company for quite some time. It is their job to ensure that the strongest applicants are brought on-board. They will ask questions to see if you will have the stamina and patience to succeed in their work environment. The job is very demanding, and these two characteristics are needed to ensure the operation at the store level will thrive. Finally, you meet with a Director of Store Operations. This person might be your future boss, so mimic their personality traits. This is when they will look for consistency in your answers from your previous interactions with company personnel. The interview is not going will if they ask you continuously to expand your answers. If you succeed, you will be offered a job, and then a start date will be issued to you within two to three weeks after the job was initially offered to you.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goodwill (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2018
Interview
It started with a short phone interview. Met with Store manager only for 2nd interview and it was pretty easy. Next meeting was Store Manager & District Manager, the questions got a little bit more difficult.
Then I received a call for 3rd interview and I was told that I would be meeting 8 people for finale interview. This was the core of top bosses from the main office. I was stressed walking in and seeing so many people all waiting to interview me. Definitely was overwhelming at first, however; everyone was really nice and they somehow made it comfortable for me. There were lots of questions about my experience, how I felt about goodwill, why I wanted to work there and stuff like, what was my most challenging customer, how did I resolve it. What was my most successful project I had come up with and then implemented it ?
I think it lasted about 45 minutes, and I did have to answer a couple questions from everyone present and I was super relieved when it was over!!

Interview
The hiring people called me on time, we got few conversation and end it. The person is okay, just the questions were a little tricky, so sometimes I don't understand what was he talking about, and he didn't ask again or give me any feeback .
